Secluded in the Foothills

of the Canadian Rockies

Our Facilities are rustic but include all modern conveniences. Each lodge is fully self contained with private kitchens, wash rooms, and outdoor hot tubs. In total throughout the lodge there are fourteen bed rooms, five of which are doubles not including six sofa hide-a-beds in living room areas. Many guests visit our lodge not as a destination in itself but as a central home base from which to visit the many other attractions in central Alberta. First and foremost is the idea that our lodge is situated mid-way between Edmonton and Calgary close to Jasper and Banff National Parks. We’re only a couple hours from The Royal Tyrrell Museum in Drumheller and Lake Louise. Much closer than that to West Edmonton Mall and the Renyolds Museum in Wetaskiwin. Dozens of lakes and golf courses pepper the maps of this area and yet we’re quite secluded in the forest, on the edge of a vast green belt stretching to the Rockies.

Die Kramper Pond Lodge liegt zwischen Calgary und Edmonton mitten in einem Waldgebiet und doch nur ein paar Stunden Lake Louise, Jasper und Banff Nationalpark entfernt. Unsere Unterkünfte sind rustikal, aber sie verfügen über alle modernen Anehmlichkeiten. Jedes der einzelnen Häuschen sind mit kleinen Küchen, Badezimmer und einem Aussen-Sprudelbad versehen. Im Gesamten verfügen die Häuschen über vierzehn Schlafzimmer, alle mit verschiedenen Bettkonfigurationen. Die Kramerpond Lodge ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für die verschiedenen Sehenswürdigkeiten von Central Alberta wie West Edmonton Mall, The Royal Tyrell Dinosaurier Museum in Drumheller etc.

Other activities include:
cycling, birding, canoeing, skijoring with dogs or horses, hiking and angling. We also arrange High Alpine Llama Treks and provide llama caddies for golfing. Krystyna Popp arranges women's Getaway Weekends.

Year-Round Vacation Retreat

Terratima Lodge is a year-round vacation retreat located on the edge of the foothills of the Canadian Rocky Mountains. Guests enjoy cross-country skiing in winter and horse-back riding, hiking, white-water-rafting, canoeing and relaxing in the summer months.
